JOP, CABO PILAR, and YASA SEYHAN - All Romanian; All Chilian; All
Turkish. All responsive. (see picture 12 for some of the crew on the last ship).
1 ship on Saturday:
LIAN PING HU - All Chinese. They came like flood to ask for Scripture and
Gospel materials. Although the commissar was a kind of ignoring the things I
gave to them, some others showed their appreciation. They raised questions
like who was Jesus? What did He do? Why do they need another religion other
than Buddhism? I tried to explain to them according to the Scripture, and took a
chance to pray with them. Some of them were willing to receive Jesus into their
hearts. (see picture 13 for three of the crew).

Your prayers are being answered in so many ways. In the last email we asked you to pray for more inbound Chinese vessels. This week 5 ships arrived carrying more than 100 seamen. Thomas and his coworkers had amazing visits setting them
free with the Gospel presentation. He has written about his testimonies. Another answer was that more than the usual number of ships came to the port. There was much ministry accomplished. Another answer to pray was our successful board meeting. We spent 3 hours discussing ways God is leading us to fulfill the Great Commission. We thank the
Lord for His provisions. One is personnel which Thomas, our full time chaplain, is doing the work of an energetic evangelist. He is lifting up Jesus around the world. Another is the way God is providing our finances. We spent much time finalizing our budget for next year. We're shooting high expecting a great harvest of souls. Thank you for your sacrificial giving on behalf of the the seamen and their
families who benefit from your generosity. We're grateful for your commitment. Please send your love gift to Rose, our dear sister and treasurer at this address. Att: Rose Young
