ships visited this week

No ship on Sunday but a sightseeing.:

Rev. Philip Vandercook, me and my wife Nancy Tao went to see the battle ship of Texas after the mission conference. (See picture 1).

6 ships on Monday:

GIOVANNI DP, BELUGA FORMATION, CLIPPER LASCO, and

NIPHA NAREE - Dutch, and Filipino; Russian, Ukrainian, and Filipino;

Indian, and one Myanmar; four Indian, and Thai. We visited the first ship

almost two years ago. There were four Indian Christians on the third ship,

captain, chief officer, third officer, and third engineer. There was one Indian

Christian on the last ship, I forgot what he was doing. prayed with them. And they all receptive.

WINONA, and JIA XING - All Romanian; All Chinese. We visited the first

ship last Jul. It was all polish crew. Most of the crew on the second ship knew

me from the previous visits on another ship especially the commissar. He

even invited me for dinner. One motorman came up to me and asked me

about the disappearing guilty feeling after the confession. I shew him 1st John

1:9. He was real happy when he left.

9 ships on Tuesday:

STAR EVVIVA, JO ASK, OMEGA PRINCE, and REF VEGA - All

Filipino; All Filipino; Filipino, and Russian; All Russian. We visited the first ship

last Dec., the second ship last Oct., the third ship last Oct. They all receptive.

JIA XING, and AFRICAN GLORY - All Chinese; All Chinese. Both ships

were second time revisits. I found out that the motorman I met yesterday on

the first ship was a Christian. He asked me another question about temptation.

I gave him the example of Paul and encouraged him to put his trust on Jesus.

Then we prayed together. He prayed too. He left with peace in his heart this

time.

PACIFIC INNOVATOR, GULF COBALT, and SPT NAVIGATOR -

Indian, and Filipino. Indian, Filipino, and two Romanian; All Indian. We were

on the last ship over two years ago. There were six Christians on this ship,

captain, chief cook, second officer, one able seaman, fitter, and a motorman.

I gave a ride to the able seaman and two other Hindus to the seafarers center.

We prayed in the car. (See picture 2, the able seaman is in the middle). There

were two Indian Christians on the second ship, second officer, and electrician.

(See picture 3, for a Filipino able seaman). There was only one Indian

Christian on the first ship, second officer.

5 ships on Wednesday:

W.H. BLOUNT, VANESSA C, EOT SPAR, ATLANTIC ELAND, and JIA

XING - Filipino, and Indian; Indian, Russian, and Romanian; All American;

All Russian, All Chinese. We visited the first ship lat Apr., the second ship last

Oct., the third ship last Jun., the fourth ship last Dec., and the last ship

yesterday. I took the captain and the second officer on the last ship to Almeda

Mall. Prayed and blessed the ships. All responsive.

8 ships on Friday:

MINERVA GRACE, DHONOUSSA, SAGA MONAL, and CLIPPER

GRACE - Filipino, and Greek; Filipino, and Greek; Filipino, and Indian;

Filipino, Indian, and Ukrainian. We visited the second ship last Jan., the third

ship over a year ago. All receptive. Prayed with them and blessed the crew.

CLIO, GETALDIC, SOCOL 5, and PEONY - Indian, and one Chinese;

All Croatian; All Russian; All Myanmar. We visited the third ship last Jun.

We were on the last ship last Jun. There were two Indian Christians on this

ship, two motormen. There were five Indian Christians on the first ship,

captain, chief cook, bosun, fitter, and an able seaman. We studied the NT

with fitter. He was asking what we need to do to enter the kingdom of God.

(See picture 4, the one in the middle is fitter). We also ministered to the only

Chinese. He was willing to accept that Jesus Christ was risen from the dead to

give us a new and eternal life.

Payton Huang from WHCC came and helped the ministry today.
