ships visited this week
3 ships on Monday:
GOLDEN ORCHID, BW LORD, and IKAN MANZANILLO - Korean, and Myanmar; Norwegian, and Filipino; Chinese, and Filipino. We visited the
first ship last Apr., the last ship over a year ago. There were eight Chinese on
board. (see picture 1 for part of the Chinese and Filipino crew). All receptive.
Prayed with them and blessed the crew.
3 ships on Tuesday:
ANEMOS I, NAESBORG, and STOLT SURF - Russian, Romanian, and
Filipino; Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, and Turkish; All Latvian. We visited the
second ship way over a year ago. While others were delieving the Christmas
presents, I gave them the Scriptures and Jesus DVDs. All receptive.
7 ships on Thursiday:
TAIXING, and ETERNAL CONFIDENCE - All Chinese; All Chinese. A
revisit on the first ship. We were on the second ship last Sep., six crew members
had been changed since then. Other seamen still remembered me. (see picture 2
for two of the crew). I prayed with the chief engineer and delivered to them the
Gospel materials.
SOLEY 2, SAFMARINE ANGOLA, BBC KUSAN, BBC ALASKA, and
UAL ANGOLA - All Russian; Filipino, Russian, and Bulgarian; Filipino,
Russian, and Sir Lanka; Filipino, Russian, and Indian; All Polish. We visited the
second ship last Jul. and the last ship over a year ago. Prayed with them and
they all responsive.
3 ships on Saturday:
TAIXING, CHIPOLBROK SUN, and ATLANTIC POLARIS - All Chinese;
All Chinese; All Indian. A revisit on the first ship. The ship is still repairing. It's
going to take several more days to get her ready for sail. We were on the
second ship last Aug. Some crew had been changed since. Prayed with them
and gave them the Gospel materials. There were four Christians on the last ship,
one deck cadet, pump man, electritian, and junior engineer. The Christian cadet
gave me his name and wanted me to remember him and his family in prayer
which I always love to do.

In the year of 2009, we visited 1,202 ships. Among them:

Sole Indian crew- 132 ships; Mixed Indian crew- 149 ships.

Sole Turkish crew- 26 ships; Mixed Turkish crew- 10 ships.
Sole Polish crew- 24 ships; Mixed Polish crew- 47 ships.
Sole Myanmar crew- 21 ships; Mixed Myanmar crew- 68 ships
Sole Thai crew- 11 ships; Mixed Thai crew- 6 ships.
Sole Bulgarain crew- 8 ships; Mixed Bulgarain crew- 16 ships.
Sole Korean crew- 5 ships; Mixed Korean crew- 41 ships.
Sole Romanian crew- 4 ships; Mixed Romanian crew- 42 ships.
Sole American crew- 4 ships.
Sole Peruvian crew- 3 ships.
Sole Chilian crew- 2 ships.
Sole Algerian crew- 2 ships.
Sole Latvian crew- 2 ships.
Sole Mexican crew- 1 ship.
Sole Ecuadorian crew- 1 ship.
Sole Croatian crew- 1 ship.
