ships visited this week
1 ship on Sunday:
HANS BOYE - Danish, and Tuvalu. Passed on the Gospel material
and the Scripture. Blessed the crew and the ship.
8 ships on Monday:
AMYNTOR, MOONLIGHT SERENADE, SEABOARD PACIFIC, and SCM
FEDRA - All Filipino; All Filipino; Filipino, and Polish; Filipino, Russian,
and Croatian. We were on the second ship last Feb., the third ship
last Apr., the last ship last Mar. Prayed with them and blessed the
crew.
AALBORG, CHEMBULK KINGS POINT, BBC VOLGA, and FM
PROSPERITY - All Myanmar; All Myanmar; All Russian; All Chinese.
We visited the first ship last Feb., the second ship a year before
last Oct. Prayed with them and blessed the ships. (See pic. 1 & 2
for part of the crew on the last ship). Prayed with the crew and
shared the Gospel with them. Praise the Lord, they accepted
Jesus as their best friend on pic. 1.
Ying Dau Lu from Houston Chinese Church just retired last week,
joined our ship visitation team from now on. Praise the Lord.
4 ships on Tuesday:
JO EIK, FRONTIER ANGEL, ALPINE LOYALTY, and MAERSK VALUE
- All Filipino; All Filipino; Filipino, Russian, Indian, and Polish; Filipino,
Russian, Polish, Indian, and Chinese. We were on the first ship last
Dec., the third ship last Nov., the last ship last Feb. There were
two Indian Christians on the second ship, second mate, and
second cook. (See pic. 3 for the chief cook. See pic. 4 for part
of the crew on the second ship). Prayed with them and blessed
the ship. We shared the full Gospel with the Chinese engine cadet
on the last ship. He was very open and willing to accept Jesus
into his heart. May God be with him and his faith.
Steven Chao from WHCC came and helped the ministry today.
5 ships on Thursday:
MORNING ORCHID, ONEGO BURAN, NORDKAP, OBELIX BULKER, and
IPANEMA - All Filipino; Filipino, and Yugoslavian; Russian, and
Ukrainian; All Chinese; All Chinese. We were on the fourth ship
two years before last Apr. (See pic. 5 for the captain on the very
right). Prayed with them and blessed the ship. (See pic. 6 for
some of the crew on the last ship, and pic. 7 for the captain on
the left). We shared the Gospel with him, just planted the seed.
Someone from Fort Bend Community Church came and helped
the ministry today.
6 ships on Friday:
STOLT QUETZAL, AMYNTOR, JAN, BBC RIO GRANDE, DREGGEN,
and YASA MARMARIS - All Filipino; All Filipino; Filipino, and
Ukrainian; Filipino, and Ukrainian; All Indian; All Turkish. We
visited the fourth ship last Jan., the fifth ship last Nov. There
were two Christians on board, one deck cadet and fitter. (See
pic. 8 for part of the crew). Prayed with them and blessed the
ship. We visited the sixth ship last Sep. Receptive.
4 ships on Saturday:
ULUSOY 9, IKAN SELANGAT, WHITE DIAMOND, and CHIPOLBROK
SUN - All Turkish; Filipino, Myanmar, Polish, and Chinese; Filipino,
Indian, Ukrainian, Polish, and Chinese; All Chinese. We were on
the second ship last Oct. (See pic. 9 for two of the crew). (See
pic. 10 for some of the crew on the first ship). We visited the
last ship last Sep. We had a special prayer meeting for a
Christian wiper on board, because he had a special prayer
request. Praise the Lord we had peace in our hearts when we
left.
Dennis Jen from Lakewood Church came and helped Lifeline to
Seamen today.
